Your tasks:
As EARLY BRANDS innovation & technology consultant, you support ambitious strategy and implementation projects concerning new business opportunities in our digital age. Thus, you will be responsible for the following activities:
• Identification and analysis of innovation and technology opportunities with latest scouting methods.
• Conceptual support of the creation of new business opportunities with agile tools and creative methods: From innovative products and services to new digital business opportunities.
• Preparation and implementation of workshops and presentations with your team members and clients.
• Coordination of innovation activities with startups and tech companies.
You will actively be involved in exciting innovation and technology projects from the beginning to success. Thereby, you will be promoted by personal and professional coaching, individual trainings and further educations.
Your qualifications:
• You are an emphatic, positive thinking person. With self-motivation and power, you strive for your objectives and your team.
• You approach people openly and have a desire to shape innovative business opportunities with start-ups, tech companies and users and rock forward
• Passionate and drive for your goals and for your team
• You want to use agile innovation and creative methods such as design thinking, lean start-up and co-creation in practice with exciting people and companies
• You find trends and innovation topics such as blockchain, artificial intelligence (AI) or virtual reality (VR) exciting
• Initial practical experience related to innovation, innovation management, digital topics, disruption, strategy consulting or start-ups
• Degree in e.g. economics, technical studies, communication sciences or computer science
• Strong analytical and creative-conceptual skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Confident handling of Microsoft Office
• Good command of English
