  • Worldwide Innovation & Technology Scouting to gain market- and cross-industry impulses, e.g. start-ups, PropTechs, ConTechs, attractive innovation and technology developments.
  • Creative conception; using agile innovation and creativity methods, the first top-relevant pilot topics were developed and bundled in a dynamic pipeline.
  • Interaction with top management and employees; Pilot topics for further design and implementation were jointly prioritised. Design and enrichment of relevant use cases, service and business models as well as initial revenue models.
