EARLY BRANDS innovation & technology consultants has been around for more than 10 years. At our early stages, we put our focus on innovation and technology ventures for brand companies and incrementally extended our consultancy services over time.
With our mission “EARLY BRANDS – catch the future” we successfully lead strong brands to the future. That means to identify and implement innovation and technology opportunities in an agile and successful way prior to competitors.
Our first success expedition started in 2006. Back then, we conceptualized and patented our first technology venture – a very fancy “Oral Delivery Device” as a technology platform which we finally incorporated as an innovation and research initiative for an international technology corporation.
Needless to say, already our pilot projects were based on enjoyment and indulgence. Due to an agile innovation and technology ecosystem and strong international partners like COLEP CCL, IFF and science partners, we successfully established a breakthrough technology platform for “Oral Delivery of Health Ingredients”. For us, this project was a small but also important step towards the world of agile innovation and technology initiatives.
Our starting point was the innovation idea by which we were able to support major corporations with a new pharma innovation platform. Yeah, Yeah…. Back then, we were convinced that ideas are the key value-driving factor. But very soon, we realized that expedition success requires immense energy, passion and perseverance.
Anyway, we rapidly started new expeditions with high benefits, senses and values. Together with clients and great brands such as Coca-Cola, Migros, Jacobs or HypoVereinsbank. Although a cold wind was blowing, we had a very exciting start-up and pioneer phase for EARLY BRANDS.
As a young start-up, we were constantly encouraged to keep our liquidity in balance with the innovation strength and high performance of our clients. We did a great job. Everything worked great. But it required much more perseverance, energy and passion as we ever thought. And that was a good experience. It enabled us to develop a discernment for business opportunities, empathy as well as self-consciousness by which we were able to lead ambitious initiatives to success. And a degree of humility that also good fortune is needed to stay successful in the long-run.
